If you are looking at business opportunities, the Internet is a place of abundance. You will find almost unlimited resources world-wide that would allow people to start almost any kind of business they can think of online with not too much trouble.
If more people realized they don’t need to be ‘technical’ and would take advantage of the opportunities, we would have more wealth among us. Unfortunately some see the Internet as sending email and doing online banking, maybe social networking. Others may ‘window shop’ when they want to buy something. These are all good too, and if you add the research that can be performed with the search engines, there is a great deal of benefit available for everyone online.
It’s a real shame if people can’t find jobs offline, and do not have the capital to even dream of starting a ‘brick and mortar’ business, to not consider online business opportunities as a viable option for generating income either part of even full-time. You can create your own job by joining affiliate programs or other independent distributorship opportunities. Or you can eventually develop your own service or sales business.
Others may be either phobic in general of things they don’t understand, or specifically techno-phobic. They are sure they wouldn’t be able to function on the Internet with their limited computer expertise. This is a real shame, because they may be ever so pleasantly surprised if they devoted a little time to explore the online business opportunities available to techs and non-techs alike.
Then there is the issue of those folks that are convinced that any online business is a scam. Unfortunately, there are scams everywhere and the Internet is no exception. You can get ripped off from advertisements on the phone, in the mail, or on TV and that has always been the case. You rarely hear people say that everything on TV or advertised by telemarketers is a scam because they know someone who has been burnt or at the least dissatisfied with some aspect of their purchase.
To judge the Internet business opportunities sight unseen, or ‘paint them all with the same brush’, is likely a combination of fear of the unknown, maybe envy or jealousy, and possibly some embarrassment at their lack of experience or motivation to explore new possibilities. In spite of the naysayers, it is fortunate for the people who have given it a chance and are making billions of dollars from legitimate online business opportunities for decades now.
